It’s been almost three months of hiatus. We’re, well, lazy and very busy. Time flies, and Christmas is approaching again. We welcome it with Immanuel French Kitchen, and it never fails to surprise us.

Roasted Pumpkin Soup


Festive looking, this pumpkin soup felt more like a soup than the heavy purée style other places serve – thin yet not losing any flavour. It’s littered with Togarashi puffed rice and bacon bits.

Christmas Ham Salad


Mixed green salad tossed with Japanese sesame dressing, cranberries and crispy kombu quinoa.

Foie Gras


Their same good thick fat Foie Gras but served with berries compote on top of French sweet toast.

Sous Vide Turkey Breast


Because of the Sous Vide cooking method, this was one of the softest turkey meat I’ve tasted. With a bed of classic mash, bacon succotash and brown onion sauce, this turkey is ready to celebrate.
