The cool weather these days make me crave for steaming hot soups all the time.

Tomato Soup + Mushroom SoupThe soup bases at Hai Di Lao are indeed awesome. It was only today that I found out that hot pot soups are supposed to be drank before you put in the ingredients, not after, ’cause the latter is damn unhealthy. But we didn’t really cared.

Black Pork + Pork BellyThin slices of pork are perfect for steamboats.

House Made NoodlesThis guy is obviously not the noodles, but he’s the one skillfully tossing and pulling them before slicing them into the hot pot. It’s quite entertaining to watch.

The ingredients were all of good quality and they have a lot of seasonings and condiments to go along.
