{France: Beaune} La Concorde

EscargotsAt Beaune, a wine capital, the snails are reared and cooked fresh there. That explains the difference in La Concorde’s escargots – More bounciness, and more “oomph.”

Pork Chop with MustardThe pork chop itself was a bit bland, but the homemade mustard completes it. The sauce was tangy, but not too stinging, and contained heaps of black peppercorns!
