In some restaurants or cafes, it is known as ‘Warm Chocolate Cake’ or something along that line. Having tried many, Max Brenner serves by far the best of its kind. Let me tell you why.

One thing about this dessert, the chocolate MUST ooze when you break it apart. Once it fails to do so, I would give it a death penalty immediately even without trying it.

The Max Brenner version was thick and dense, and when you let it slide into your mouth, the chocolate trickles down the throat creating a warm sensation in your tummy. Thank goodness it wasn’t too sweet – not the kind of chocolate dessert that you would get sick of eventually. And when you pair it up with the ice cream and fruits, you get something known as “bliss.”
